An uplifting, refreshing blend made from 4 energising essential oils.

As well as stimulating the mind, peppermint essential oil also helps boost energy levels and alertness. The blend is zesty due to the inclusion of grapefruit essential oil, which is refreshing in a soft delicate way. Black pepper gives the blend a drop of spiciness and helps you remain alert and focused. Finally, bergamot, another zesty citrus essential oil is added to further enhance the uplifting and refreshing benefits.

Mentha piperita (Peppermint), Piper nigrum (Black Pepper), Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot), Citrus Paradisi (Grapefruit). Contains Peppermint oil piperita, beta-Pinene, Linalool, 3-Carene (delta-3-Carene), d-Limonene (p-Mentha-1,8- diene) and Pinenes. Naturally occuring from essential oils.

Electronic Diffusers:

Follow your diffuser’s instructions.
Fill the tank with water, being careful not to exceed the maximum limit line. Drop 5-10 drops of your chosen Sage & Grace essential oil blend.
Enjoy the fragrance as it disperses instantly.

Oil Burners:

Add 5–10 drops of oil to water in your burner.
Adjust the amount to suit your preference.
Light an unscented tealight in the base of the burner and let the scent naturally fill the room.

Bath Use:

Blend 3–5 drops of oil with a carrier oil or bath salts.
Add to warm bath water and stir gently.
Relax and soak in the soothing aroma.

Massage Use:

Blend 2 or 3 drops to your chosen massage base oil.
