How do I join S&G Rewards?
Sign up here with your email address.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 5 points for every £1 spent, online or in person. You will also receive 500 points on your birthday (if date is provided).
Please allow up to 1 hour for activity points to appear in your account.
If your points have not appeared after a purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
How do I see my current points status and unique profile?
Log in to your Sage & Grace account and go to the rewards tab to view your current points balance and unique referral code.
How do I receive my birthday reward?
To receive your birthday points, you must add your date of birth to your account at least 24 hours before your birthday.
Your birthday points will be added to your account on your birthday.
I purchased products in person, can I still earn points?
If you have purchased products at an in-person event with us, yes you can still earn your points. Simply let us know you have an account and we will add your points on for you. Please note, this does only apply when purchasing direct from us and not through a stockist.
How do I redeem my points?
If you are shopping online, log in to your Sage & Grace account before checkout. Head back to the rewards tab (bottom right corner) and you will be able to see which voucher amount you can redeem. Click 'View' and then 'Redeem' to redeem a voucher. Then apply the code, or copy and paste it into the discount code section at checkout.
If you are shopping in person, simply let us know that you would like to use your points and we will apply them for you.
